Rico Technical Dive Center in Aguadilla, PR. Tony specializes in mixed gas and rebreathers.
Art Doss is our Swift Water Program Director. He operates AMERICAN RESCUE in Tacoma, WA. Art is a specialist with moving
water operations.
Gene Battaglia is a PSDA Instructor Trainer in Alameda County, California. Gene is an experienced public safety diver
and trainer. Gene operates the Institute of Diving Technology and he is a diver for the Alameda County Sheriff's
Office.
